• Factory Visit: If you need come to visit us, plz contact our sales manager in advance. We will arrange pick-up service, hotel reservation for you.
• After Sales: For ever consignment you received. We will provide 
  
  + We will provide 1% spare parts for repair purpose.
  + Limited Warranty Period: the machine for 1 year.
  
  We warrant the machine and main internal components are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during this period. During the limited warranty period, We will send free parts to replace the defective components parts. However, we are not responsible for damage that occurs as a result of your error operations.

• Interpretation: If you feel difficult to communicate with other China supplier because of language, we can assign our sales manager to accompany with you to provide Chinese English interpretation for you.
• Shipment: If you feel difficult to choose shipping company. We will help you to find the suitable shipping agent in China for you.
